Tuesday – “Blizzards watchful eye!”

Day 31 (Still incrementing this until Gamepal.com tell me the account is done)

Well no news to report yesterday. However today I checked my character on the http://armory.wow-europe.com/ site which really is great. What I have noticed is a lot of the gear has been upgraded, so I think my suspicions of him being logged in a couple days past 60 were correct. I expect he was farming some extra gold to buy better gear, also he has riding skill now which you can see from the armory site.

The gear is nothing outstanding, all green except for one item.

I though it would be interesting to login to the gamepal.com web site today and send them a little email to see what was happening, this is their reply….

Gamepal Powerleveling Team:
Hi there! We do apologize for the long delay. Rest assured, were doing our best to be able to finish your order on time. We understand that you are eager to play your account and we are very excited to complete your order. However, please be informed that the reason why orders are often delayed is because of server downtime and Blizzards watchful eye. Our powerlevelers go online less than 14hours/day to make sure that they go unnoticed by Blizzard because this might result to your account being banned/suspended (which we are avoiding for your best interest). Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope you understand that everything is done for your accounts safety. If you have other inquiries, please visit us anytime at Live Chat. Thank you for choosing gamepal and have a great day! Regards, jamie customer support

And then 20 seconds later a very similar reply…..

Gamepal Powerleveling Team:
Hi there! We apologize for the inconvenience but there are some precautionary measures that we just have to consider. Due to frequently downed servers, Blizzards watchful eye, and realistic-looking play times, we would rather err on the side of caution (or longer leveling times) for the safety of your account. We are not just powerleveling your account but we are also trying to preserve your characters in a safe and effective manner, while providing the service we promise on our site. And Im sorry we dont have an accurate estimated time yet. However, we are leveling your account as fast as possible to get you back to your gaming as soon as possible. Regards, Kris Customer Support

I received these replies within about 10 minutes of me sending my message to them. Perhaps they are holding on to the account now and not logging in to it before they turn it over to me. This will reduce the chance of a ban. Whatever, I have no intention of logging in to it for a couple of weeks after Don’s final login!

Hm, I checked in on my PL’er on the armory, interesting that he’s very actively leveling Herbalism and Alchemy seeing as I never ordered it. But definitely not something I’m going to complain about ;)

3 days in (he never logged on the first day), he’s level 19. So far so good I guess.

Well 2 days to level 19 seems good going, lets hope he keeps it up for you.

This is kind of irrelavant but me and a friend both ordered gamepal powerlevels at the same time and it was beyond ridic. Your lucky they got you to 60. Not only did both of the powerlevelers stop for beyond 4 days, they also ended up completley wiping all of my characters only on the server i had asked for the one character to be leveled to 60 with. (including netherwhelp pet from expansion, and hearthstone?? lawl) Ive now been waiting over 8 buisness days for a refund and everyone person ive talked to at gamepal is just more frustrating when they start blaming me because apparently they had lost control of the account around level 12 yet never told me, and whoever this “hacker” was they claimed decided to level me to 40 then wipe it? like lol? anyways. im glad one person got what they asked for (even after the estimated time they give you which ive never seen met) still crossing my fingers for my other friend though, he got to 54 but havent seen his powerleveler for days.

    Hello again.

    summ.

wowmine = 6 chars ordered 6 chars completed, no ban (all 1-60) and antother one was 50-60 (also completed/no-ban)

gamepal = 3 ordered and 1 ban (all was 1-60), no refund for the banned account yet, But they said that they was PLing a new account 1-60 ASAP. and they did, and the new “char” and account is already lvl 30+

this is my experience so far from PL service :-)

ok my advised for the people that get banned dont argue with the PL service just use paypal issue . and says that you paid for a service that you never receved . and that on there web site they say that your purchased was secure . and finaly wasnt . so that way its bad representation . that way paypal will ionvestigate and you will win :)

I just got banned for using Gamepal’s service. Of course they are refusing a refund. I filed a complaint with Paypal, so I guess we’ll see how that goes.

I also wrote a posting about it on my site and posted it to Digg. Hopefully it gets Dugg and let’s more people know about the dangers of using Gamepal.

yeah the leveling was complete about 2 weeks or so before i got the dreadful email. i had been playing my character since they were done. it took a few unsuccessful attempts at logging on before i realized i was banned. i thought i just forgot my password…without reading the msg in front of my face. 3rd account down the drain. =( i heard that it’s really deactivated for a year. but by then i’ll have other 70s. warhammeronline is coming out soon. wonder if it’ll be better. =P

I just paid for a level from 23 to 49 with pvp-depot.com, who i heard to be safe and fast, but i was 72 hour banned at level 26. after talking to a custimer service guy for a while, he said to email blizzard and say my account was stolen, and said they would keep leveling my account. then he replied with the manager said we do not level after a suspension and to not email blizzard, he was confusing. He barely spoke english. I finialy asked for a refund and they said that they would give back 50 dollars, the whole thing cost 70. I said “does it really take 20 dollars to level from 23 to 26??” and they responded, “actually, we got to 26.8″ …

    ahhh…

can anyone please tell me how not to get banned and what sites are the best for the money. should i try again after the 3 day suspension? would i probably get banned?
